Universal Model United Nations is a growing organization that aims to develop the youth  and offer them a platform where they can augment their public speaking skills, build up self-confidence and provide solutions to geopolitical issues. We are led by students and offer leadership opportunities to young aspirants from all diversities and backgrounds all over the globe. Our team consists of passionate students internationally willing to work to great extents for the MUN.
Universal MUN strives to help people channel their own perspectives to reach commonalities, which will help expand knowledge and grow socially and culturally . Team collaboration is no novelty, and there’s more to it than just making sure everyone gets along with each other. It’s about finding new ways of working as a team, fostering an innovative culture, and coming up with new team collaboration ideas to achieve goals and objectives, and acquiring better solutions. 
We believe just that and expect that from all the organizations we collaborate with. UMUN ensures that every member knows their purpose and that their contribution to the project is valued to prevent a disengaged team. We know that having a group of people with different ambitions and ideas will mean that they won’t always see eye to eye, but heartfelt and mutual discussions whilst ruling out various cons is the key to reaching a conclusion. We wish to have collaborators who demonstrate their willingness to be cooperative and are ready to set differences aside for the sake of the team and its success.
Being the part of a team means having to rely on others to hold up their end of the agreement and having a helpful companionship . The success of a team depends on every member's efforts and contribution. All students who are a part of the team have tirelessly worked till date and will work the same way forward.
